Palette – SF

Palette is a concept restaurant that combines the mediums of food and art in a way that has never before been tempted so directly. The restaurant works directly with local SF-based artists to curate food-focused artwork, and maintains intimate relationships with food purveyors, farmers, and diverse producers in the pursuit of extreme quality ingredients, later to be translated into works of art. 

As of March 24th, Palette will be moving the restaurant from their current space at 816 Folsom Street to a more spacious location at 155 12th Street in order to embark on a new journey while staying true to the influences and inspiration from the initial culinary undertaking. With an evolved dining experience, expanded bar program and collaborations from multiple artisans, Palette’s new concept is set to open in May, 2020.
