Food can bring people together in a way nothing else could.
Yotam OttolenghiErin is a native of Sacramento, America’s Farm-to-Fork Capital, where she learned to appreciate culinary communities (and tomato season) from a young age. Erin got an early start in the food & beverage world cooking at a camp concession, serving at a burger joint and roasting beans at a café before graduating from Sac State with a degree in public relations. Undoubtedly, her most cherished semester was spent in Seville, taking a dedicated course on Spanish culture and cuisine.
The “hospitality bug” bit Erin at Visit California, where she worked in global public relations for three years. She contributed to major travel media events including: the Grateful Table, a long-table dinner event hosted by Tyler Florence in response to the 2017 Napa/Sonoma wildfires, and the California Michelin Guide 2019 announcement, featuring over 600 California restaurants in the first statewide guide.
Most recently, Erin acted as a social media expert in a San Francisco-based marketing role, where she boosted follower growth by 35% YOY and produced innovative brand campaigns, including strategies for the company’s top-grossing product launch.
When she’s not working or eating, Erin is planning her next travel destination.
