The Castro’s favorite Spanish spot is throwing it back to in-house wine expert, Paul’s, football coaching days with a special Super Bowl Sunday Pack. The $99 pack designed to serve 3 includes: housemade onion dip and veggie crudites, beef chili with tortilla straws, Spanish contimpalitos mini corn dogs with herbed honey mustard, chicken salad sliders and cinnamon-cocoa dusted popcorn. Don’t forget to add on a beer pack or a few bottles of Spanish wine, too!
Chef Jason Fox is running the culinary play of the season! The Proper Hotel’s game-day package has something for everyone. Pick your poison with your choice of a Signature Charmaine’s Cocktail for two (Manhattan, Negroni, La Vie en Rose, The Libby, or Vesper). The pack also includes a bucket of Chef Jason’s twist on classic wings (two dozen) served with two of Chef’s secret sauces, wood-fire pepperoni pizza, and a six-pack of assorted craft beer (Allagash White and Baja Brewing Mexican IPA). All of this is $90, designed to feed two. Available via TOCK, SF Proper’s website, or with a special free delivery offer through Postmates. Preorder by Thursday 2/4 for pickup or delivery on 2/7. Deliveries will be from 10 am to 6 pm on 2/7.

Fried Chicken Bucket, and Fried Chicken Dinner. As if that isn’t enticing enough, don’t forget that sandwich and bite options from Mark ‘n Mike’s will be available, too. Chao Pescao will be offering their popular off-menu Buffalo-style chicken wings with Point Reyes Blue Cheese Dressing or the new Sticky Mango Habañero Wings with Herbs & Chicharron, both available by the dozen ($15/12, $27/24, $36/36) and their Cuban Sandwich with slow-roasted pork, ham, gruyere, pickle, and dijon on housemade Cuban bread, sold by the foot (1’ $18, 2’ $32, 3’ $48). Specially mixed 6-packs of craft beer are also available, as well as a 22 oz. Rogue Chocolate Stout for $10.
